Make sure our dental office has the necessary information so you can have access to your Patient Portal

Step 1: Let's Get You Set up!

Do we have your email recorded in our records?

Step 2: Experience This Wonderful Opportunity!

  • Click the Patient Portal button
  • Fill in your First Name, Last Name, and DOB and hit enter
  • You should see your email address pop up. It will ask you is this your email address.
  • If YES (your email address is correct), click the link to get your verification code sent to your email address.
  • Once you get the code in your email – enter the code on the site. You should now have access to your portal.


(You will repeat this each time you enter your portal to get your secure access code)

If that is NOT your email- Please contact our office at 919-341-7555 to have our system corrected.

Using the Sign Up link, enter the email address (username) our office has recorded.  

You will receive an email from noreply@yourdentisttoffice.com with details for logging in with a system-generated password.

Once you’re logged into the Patient Portal, you have the opportunity to change your password in the Update Profile section, Change Password tab.

If you forget your password.

For a new password, you should click on the “Forgot your password?” link in the Patient Portal website and follow the prompts.

This requires a valid email address (username) – the same as you experienced in the Sign Up process

A new password will be randomly generated and sent to your email address.
